 Along with a  Haitian family values , strong muslin background,  great work ethic and strong willed, Bully Management  was founded in 2022 by Mr. Karim Simms.  Karim had  first hand knowledge of how the prison system treated felons that where newly released. He strides on wanting to change the way that Felons were looked at in the community aspect. Starting with transportation industry. Mr. Simms  sought the  know how of experienced truckers and only picked the the ones who held the same mission and values that he displayed and who only  those who saw an opportunity to provide better service to businesses in the transportation industry. Since then Bully Management have grown from a local carrier into an out of state carrier with a reputation for reliability and excellence.  In recent times, Bully Management  has partnered up with Felon Connect, A local non profit agency that specialize in helping both state and federal inmates recently released to gain resources needed to transit back into the community.  Bully Management strides itself on making sure the company's mission and value system is carried out in all area of service.
